What is included in Wedding Coordination?
TIMELINES
Your wedding timeline is the backbone of the event. We will help you & your vendors stay on schedule and make sure the event flows smoothly so that everyone has the best possible experience.
VENDOR COORDINATION
Your coordinator with be the point person for all of your vendors from the time you hire us until your wedding day. This includes communication of timelines, walkthroughs, & rehearsals. We’re even here to help you understand your contracts and facilitate your final payments & tips.
CONSULTATIONS
We will meet at least 2-3 times (either virtually or in-person) before your big day to make sure that we have all of the details and design information we need to orchestrate your wedding day. We will be there to answer any last minute questions you might have.
WEDDING REHEARSAL
This final runthrough is so so important! This is your opportunity to make sure that everyone involved in your wedding understands what they’re supposed to do and when to do it. We will walk everyone through the wedding order, provide final details, and answer any additional questions you & your guests might have.
EVENT SETUP & TEARDOWN
We will have a thorough understanding of your wedding vision and will take care of decor setup and teardown at the venue so you and your family don’t have to worry about a thing! In our final details meeting we will make a plan for how all of the decor will get to and from your venue as well.
DAY-OF EVENT MANAGEMENT
Our team will be there for you for unlimited hours on your wedding day! Day-of Management will be provided by at least two Something True coordinators (one primary coordinator and one assistant). We know weddings like the back of our hand & will be prepared for any emergencies / last minute challenges that could come up!
Investment
You can expect to spend around $2,500 on coordination packages. Prices are completely customized to your event in order to tailor to your individual coordination needs.
